Making the Akida PCIe driver build on kernel 6.12

The official baseline needed two reproducible project patches on this Pi 5.

OUR OBSERVATIONLast verified: 2026-09-27 · Build 1.9.37

setup_akida_treiber.sh removes the BUILD_EXCLUSIVE_KERNEL line from dkms.conf and replaces the Makefile abort above kernel 6.9 with the 6.9 branch, then installs via DKMS and registers the module for boot.

lspci | grep -i -c brainchip
lsmod | grep akida
ls -l /dev/akd1500_*
python3 -c "import akida; print(akida.devices())"
Expected: All four layers agree on the installed devices.
